Character Request: Jack Slate, Civillian

I would like for somebody to play the creator of Avaria Umbra, a scientist named Jack Slate. You'd be free to take most liberties with his character, he just needs to be very grief-stricken for his lost daughter and the fact that he lost Avaria as well, who he tried to replace her with. You can characterize this however you want; mania, alcoholism, whatever. Here is the link to Avaria's application for reference: Avaria Umbra.

I have some great iddeas in mind for interactions between the two characters, as well as interactions between Jack Slate himself and any hunters that would be trying to track Avaria down because of her criminal activities.
