Autumn barely had time to think as she was casually swept asside by the huge claws of the faux Ursa she had chosen to battle with. She rolled into the impact and got up immediately, raising her weapon. Her red hair had been knocked out of the messy bun she had tied and now draped the back of her neck and shoulders. She adopted a low stance, and choked-up her grip on Show Stopper, holding the zweihander tightly near the crossguard. She braced up and prepared her entire body for the shock of the next impact.
The Ursa reared up, turning to take another charge at her. Autumn ducked under the next flurry of swipes, looking for her chance to attack. The redhead's semblance prickled, and she firmly placed her guantleted right hand on the base of her blade, then swiped the whole sword hard to the left. The blade hit the Ursa's claws and the impact made them richochet off in a successful parry. Her sword landed hard on the ground, and she dragged it along the ground into a thrust, burrying the blade deep into the Ursa's midriff, slamming her shoulder against it. It roared in agony, struggling to get a grip on her armored form, but its struggling became weaker and weaker until it slumped against her, lifeless.
Autumn stood, casting asside the dissolving carcass of the dead Ursa, the animatronic workings underneath revealing themselves. Autumn walked over to the bench in the training room she'd procured and picked up her water bottle, taking a swig. She sat and wiped her forehead with a towel she'd taken from the restroom, then leaned back to take a breather for a moment, consulting her scroll about what form of Grimm to fight next.
Having jogged in on the spectacle that was Autumn kicking the ass of her robotic sparring partner and took a spot watching on the arena outskirts leaning over the rail a tad to watch the finishing blow be dealt. If Aries was at all analytic he might be able to pick out some of how the girl fought, but the Ram was much more blunt in his tactics as he prefers hard hits and quick takedowns as opposed to playing the waiting game. "Yo good job out there takings hits like a champ!!" Aries shouted into the arena at the red headed girl as she took her rest from the previous battle. With a snap of his finger he remembered they happened to have a prior arrangement and one Aries was definitely not gonna let slip.
"You think you got enough in you for a real challenge cause I remember a little knight promising me a match in the ring." Aries said before pulling himself over the rails and landing on two with about as much grace as an elephant jumping , that is to say with a nice thud. Taking off his hoodie and tossing near the wall behind him he began bouncing on his toes and shoking out his arms getting himself pumped for the fight that he honestly had been waiting for since the day he met Autumn.
"Feel free let loose on me Autumn otherwise you might get beat faster!!" The Ram flaunted with cocky smile as he fell into an open stance awaiting for his other to prep up.

Aries' appearance surprised Autumn just a bit, but she wasn't the type to let it show that easily. "Sure, Aries, I remember our agreement," the redhead said, standing and pulling a hair tie out from under the glove on her left hand and using it to tame her long hair somewhat back into another messy bun. She inconspicuously checked the gauntlet on her right hand, making sure Rejection was ready to go. She hadn't used it or Showstopper's other form in the previous fight, but she always checked when she could, as part of good weapon maintenance. Of course, she handn't told Aries about Rejection, and he didn't know about her greatbow's capabilities, so she would go into the fight using both as advantages. She drew her weapon and picked the opposite corner from Aries as a starting position, flicking the selector on the sword's handle to deploy it's greatbow form.
The armored girl drew one of the ten inch metal cylinders from her belt and flicked it open as well, revealing the entire length of the greatarrow that it hid. The three foot long projectile was mostly hollow, but it contained enough liquid mercury to entirely fill it when it was collapsed, making it act like a deadblow hammer. Autumn knocked the metal arrow, drew it back to her cheek, and fired it off at Aries straight and true, all in one swift motion. She followed up with four more, hoping to take the wirey-haired boy by surprise and set him on edge immediately.
With the large polearm like arrows being fired towards him, Aries kicked off of the ground and dove out of the line of fire. Tucking himself into a roll only to come to halt a few feet away from where he started. Immediately after the ram quickly broke into a stride from his kneeled position, flaring his aura and using his semblance to give him the boost needed to close some the distance between him and Autumn. As he came up on his third bound Aries started up his turbine and began collecting air around his fists. With his fourth step towards his target the ram dispelled a condensed pocket of air towards the red headed knight by throwing a jab in her direction. And with his fifth step fired off another air projectile to follow soon after. With his sixth bound across the arena, The ram was close enough to land a fully extended kick though that would be too obvious.
So within the same motion of him taking another step Aries kicked off the ground a good five feet thanks to his semblance and pulled his body into a front flip axe kick with his bracers still pulling air towards him. upon jump off making for an impressive pull force on the area front of his newly airborne leg. His Aura flaring meant that the force produced would create a much stronger impact.

A sharp gust of wind that buffeted itself on her halfplate pushed Autumn back somewhat, and she was somewhat regretful that the accuracy her greatbow required prevented her from wearing any type of helmet. Despite this, she was barely able to keep track of Aries' movements as he dashed towards her, his outline nothing more than a blur of speed. In a flash, he'd launched himself in the air and was aiming a foot at her head. The speed and force that he'd managed to conjure in no time were impressive, and she was certainly feeling the pressure he was trying to create.
However, she knew he was only creating this pressure because he felt like he needed to, knowing that if she got him out to her range he'd have the obvious disadvantage. Reguardless of his speed and strength, she'd trained hard and long to overcome her in-fighting weaknesses. Gripping Showstopper by the middle with both hands, Autumn swung the greatbow string first up and to the right, catching the axe kick that was plummeting from above. Succesfully arrested, she redirected the momentum towards her right shoulder, allowing the slowed foot to glance off of her shoulder plate harmlessly before backstepping hard to create some distance.
Flicking the selector on Showstopper's hilt, the weapon folded itself back into a zweihander, which Autumn promptly choked-up on with her southpaw grip. In order to keep her oponent at more of a distance, and as an attempt to create some momentum for herself, she swiped the sword in quick horizontal strokes at Aries, advancing as she did so. It would take some effort to swing the momentum back to her side, but keeping the pressure on would certainly help.
Having his hit glance off Autumn's sword meant Aries would need to compensate for what was going to be a sloppy landing, which it was. Landing with his left leg first the ram's right foot forced him into an awkwardly wide stance. luckily enough when his opponent began her own offense Aries was at least able to put up his guard with Gale Force Drivers. With Autumn's blade making contact the blow forced Aries to back pedal and regain his balance properly before continuing to do anything further, though he was in somewhat a better predicament than before. after her first swing made contact Aries could feel her strikes come across stronger with each swing which meant he soon would have to plant himself. but rather than stay on the defense he'd need to find a suitable way to not give her the distance advantage that she had with both forms of her weapon. With that in mind, Aries took up a different guard stance than his normal boxing one. Feet planted firmly into the ground, one arm raised to block the next swing and the other is holding his forearm in place to help brace for the impact.
Hope you don't mind if I switch things up a little bit."Aries said in a huff before giving a wry smile. When the next contact was made Aries spun off the hit and dropped his core closer to his knees extended his leg opposite of his arm in an attempt to sweep Autumn's legs from under her feet with the back of his leg keeping the momentum from the hit and his spin would be enough force for most people.
